Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Kidulting kit. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
1. Return window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
2. Eligibility
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging and condition, with all components and sealed sand jars intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
3. Non-returnable items
- Kits that have been opened or used.
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear after use.
- Free gifts or promotional items.
4. Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please email us at sales@vscgpl.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
5. How to request a return
Email sales@vscgpl.com with your order number and reason for return within the eligible window. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
6. Refunds
As we offer Cash on Delivery (no prepayment), approved refunds for returned items are processed via bank transfer or UPI to the details you provide. Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
7. Return shipping
For damaged, defective or wrong items, return shipping is on us. For other eligible returns, return shipping charges may apply and will be communicated when you raise the request.
8. Order cancellation
You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, the return policy above applies. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at sales@vscgpl.com.
