These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kidulting website and your purchase of our products. The website is operated by VSCG Distribution Pvt Ltd ("Kidulting", "we", "us"). By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

2. Products & descriptions

We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to photography, screen settings, and the handmade nature of finished sand art.

3. Pricing & payment

• Our Sand Art Kit is priced at ₹1,499 (bundle prices may differ). Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) — you pay in cash when your order is delivered.
• We reserve the right to change prices, offers and product availability at any time.

4. Orders & confirmation

After you place an order, we may contact you by phone or message to confirm it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, due to suspected fraud, incorrect or incomplete information, or unavailability of stock.

5. Shipping & delivery

We offer free shipping across India and typically dispatch orders within 24–48 hours. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and courier conditions.

6. Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, designs, graphics, logos, images and videos — is owned by or licensed to VSCG Distribution Pvt Ltd and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kidulting and VSCG Distribution Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
